STRUCTURE

The most important part of the company is the Multidisciplinary Design Studio.

Within the Multidisciplinary Design Studio, the following Specialized Studio Teams operate, with their initial organization completed in 2020: r:

a) Architectural Design Team,

b) Structural Design Team,

c) Sanitary Design Team,

d) Electrical and Telecommunication Design Team,

e) Road and Airfield Design Team.

The Specialized Studio Teams follow a typical organizational structure for design offices. This structure includes Designers, who hold design licenses, and Assistants. Designers are responsible for designing, leading the execution of individual projects, and supervising the work of their Assistants.

Since 2023, an Author’s and Investor’s Supervision Team has also been operational.
