AMW Invest shares in the grief of the family and loved ones of Maj. Pilot Maciej "Slab" Krakowian, leader of the F-16 Tiger Demo Team, who died as a pilot. The tragic event occurred during training for the International Air Show in Radom.

On August 15 we celebrate an anniversary of the victorious Battle of Warsaw fought during the Polish-Soviet War in 1920.
This year, in addition to the usual events organized at military bases across the country and the grand military parade on Warsaw’s Wisłostrada, for the first time ever, a marine parade on the Hel Peninsula will add splendour to the celebrations!
We are eternally grateful to our Soldiers for their service. On this occasion, we especially invite you to take part in this year’s celebrations.
Timetable of Selected Event
August 14
19:00 – Memorial Roll Call at the Military Cemetery in Warsaw’s Powązki, with candle-lighting at the Monument to the Fallen Soldiers of 1920
21:00 – Roll Call at the cross commemorating the death of Rev. Maj. Ignacy Skorupka in Ossów
August 15
12:00 – Ceremonial changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Marshal Józef Piłsudski Square in Warsaw
12:00 – Military Parade on Warsaw’s Wisłostrada
12:00 – Over 20 naval units will march in formation on the Baltic Sea as part of the naval parade – we invite you to watch this special event from the seaside boulevard in Hel
Both the military and naval parades will start simultaneously and will be broadcast live – on big screens during the ceremonies, on television, and online.
10:00 – Exhibition of modern military equipment at the Warsaw Citadel (Polish Army Museum): meetings with soldiers, a shooting simulator, sapper obstacle course, concert, and traditional military pea soup
17:00 – 19:30 – Solemn Holy Mass at the Cemetery of Fallen Soldiers of 1920 in Radzymin, followed by the Roll Call of the Fallen and a wreath-laying ceremony marking the 105th anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw
The celebrations will continue on August 16 with a historical-educational festival starting at 12:00 at the Museum of the Battle of Warsaw 1920 in Ossów.
The event will feature the official opening of the institution at 14:00, with the museum open to visitors from 16:00. On site, there will be a display of military equipment and a concert by the Representative Artistic Ensemble of the Polish Armed Forces. A special attraction will be a reenactment of the Battle of Warsaw itself.

On 22.05.2025, the 2nd edition of the SCHRONTECH'25 Shelter Technology Workshops was held at the WAT club in Warsaw. The event was organized by: the Jarosław Dąbrowski Military University of Technology in Warsaw and the Institute of Protective Construction Association.
In an international environment of experts, during many interesting lectures, we could hear about, among others, the threat of rubble in collective protection facilities or contemporary national standards and regulations regarding the protective properties of modern buildings.
We are glad that for the second time we were part of this event as a partner, and our employees filled the auditorium in large numbers.

On 04.2025, the 3rd edition of the Designers and Engineers Congress 2025 will be held at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw (ul. Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 20). This is a prestigious industry event focusing on the Polish market of infrastructure investments. One of the organizers is the Polish Association of Designers and Engineers, and the proud partner of the event is AMW Invest Sp. z o.o.
The Congress was divided into 3 parts:
I. Plenary session
Does the government support the Polish design and supervision sector?
What is the role of designers and engineers in the implementation of road investments?
Does the rail investment implementation system in Poland work effectively?
Relations between general contractors and designers in the implementation of infrastructure investments
II. Expert stage and energy
