Paweł Kurtyka

Paweł Marek Kurtyka – architect and manager. Graduate of the MBA program at the Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology, and Faculty of History at the Jagiellonian University. He has passed the State Treasury company supervisory board member exam and holds unrestricted design and construction management licenses.

Since 2022, he has served as President of the Management Board of AMW Invest, previously holding the position of Vice President from 2019 to 2022. He authored two company development strategies, one of which was fully realized, establishing from the ground up the company’s capability to execute complex construction projects for the Polish Armed Forces, including infrastructure for modern weapon systems, and the second of which is currently underway.

He specializes in urban planning and special-purpose design for defense, national security, and the needs of the Polish Armed Forces. As general designer, he co-authored dozens of projects, including the modernization of airfields in Poland to accommodate F-35 aircraft, architectural and urban development concepts for military complexes, and numerous facilities serving Polish and allied soldiers in Poland, such as sports buildings, administrative offices, headquarters, CBRN defense structures, ammunition depots, hangars, simulator buildings, and others.

Previously, he gained experience as an entrepreneur running his own architectural design and property management business. He also served as Head of the Design and Investment Department at the Museum of John Paul II and Primate Wyszyński and Warsaw Uprising Museum. From 2016 to 2019, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Military Property Agency, and from 2020 to 2024, he was a supervisory board member of PGE Baltica and MS TFI S.A. For over 10 years, he has been actively engaged in the non-profit sectoR.

Shareholders’ Meeting

The sole shareholder of AMW Invest is the State Treasury, represented by the Military Property Agency in exercising rights from its shares in this company.
