On 04.2025, the 3rd edition of the Designers and Engineers Congress 2025 will be held at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw (ul. Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 20). This is a prestigious industry event focusing on the Polish market of infrastructure investments. One of the organizers is the Polish Association of Designers and Engineers, and the proud partner of the event is AMW Invest Sp. z o.o.

The Congress was divided into 3 parts:

This extraordinary distinction of our Company is all the more pleasing as this nationwide ranking is celebrating its 25th anniversary. "Business Gazelles" is the oldest and most prestigious ranking for companies from the SME sector in Poland and has been organized by "Puls Biznesu" continuously since 2000.

The ceremonial presentation of awards took place on March 13 this year during the "Business Gazelles 2024" gala in Warsaw. AMW Invest was represented by former president Paweł Kurtyka, EMBA, and legal adviser Jakub Kłopocki, a long-time Member of the Supervisory Board, currently delegated to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the Management Board.

This distinction is a confirmation of the Company's very good financial results, stable growth, financial transparency and innovation.

AMW Invest informs that as of 27.02.2025, by decision of the Supervisory Board, the President of the Management Board, Paweł Kurtyka, was dismissed from the position of the President of the Management Board, and a member of the Supervisory Board, legal advisor, Mr. Jakub Kłopocki, was delegated to temporarily perform the duties of the President of the Management Board of AMW Invest, while a competition for the position of the President of the Management Board will be announced in the coming days.

Paweł Marek Kurtyka - architect and manager. A graduate of the MBA program at the Warsaw School of Economics, the Faculty of Architecture of the Cracow University of Technology and the Faculty of History of the Jagiellonian University, in the years 2019-2022 he held the position of Vice President of the Management Board of AMW Invest, and from 2022 he held the position of President of the Management Board of AMW Invest sp. z o.o.

The President of the Management Board Paweł Kurtyka is the author of two development strategies for the Company, including one that was implemented with 100% success, assuming the construction from scratch of the Company's ability to implement complex construction projects for the Polish Armed Forces, involving the construction of infrastructure for servicing modern weapon systems, and the second that is currently being implemented.

The President of the Management Board Paweł Kurtyka participated as a general designer in the development of several dozen projects during his work for the Company, including, among others, architectural and urban concepts for the development of military complexes, designs for sports buildings, administrative headquarters, anti-contamination defense facilities, munitions storage facilities, aircraft hangars, simulator buildings and many others, including the design of the most complex military infrastructure in Central and Eastern Europe for F35 aircraft as part of the "Harpia" program.

The President Paweł Kurtyka managed the Company in terms of design and management, achieving many successes in the process. This is reflected, among others, in the company being awarded the title of Laureate of the Business Gazelles competition, or appearing in the second edition of the ranking of engineering and design companies. However, the greatest success is building a great Team, from about 5 to 100 qualified Employees who are not afraid of even the biggest challenges.

Today we celebrate the National Remembrance Day of the Home Army Soldiers – a day when we pay tribute to the heroes who fought for the freedom of Poland during World War II. The Home Army is a symbol of courage, sacrifice and unwavering will to fight in the face of the most difficult conditions. It is thanks to them that we can enjoy our freedom and independence today.

We remember their heroism and dedication. We thank them for their sacrifice, thanks to which we can live and work in a free country. At AMW Invest, we design for the Polish Commonwealth.

One of the key values ​​that we profess and cultivate at AWM Invest is PATRIOTISM – our actions are motivated primarily by the desire to build the capabilities of the Republic of Poland in the area of ​​infrastructure in the key security and defense sector. We are also inspired by the memory of the heroes of the Republic of Poland, many of whom were closely associated with the Polish Armed Forces, for which we provide services.

Previously, our project took second place in the national competition "Investment of the Year", and this time we were awarded the Crystal Brick! 🧱

The building in question was designed by AMW Invest with soldiers serving in the Biała Podlaska garrison in mind, in connection with the development of the Polish Armed Forces securing the eastern flank of NATO, and the entire investment was supervised by employees of the Lublin branch of AMW.

The building contains 23 residential premises, including two-, three- and four-room apartments, and 13 premises serve as boarding quarters. A total of 41 soldiers were accommodated there.

We are pleased that the work of all our Employees involved in the project was appreciated and so highly rated by the Competition Chapter.

29.01.2025 as part of the use of the first flight of a Polish pilot in an F-35 fighter. As informed by the Inspector of the Air Force, Gen. Ireneusz Nowak, the notification that is just starting until the beginning of April. After that time, Polish pilots will be fully trained combat pilots on the F-35. The flights will remain in the so-called Chase formation - an American instructor flies behind the Polish aircraft and checks the correctness of the checks performed. Currently, six Polish pilots are being trained - the second part (simulator part) is already behind them, the practical part - flying - remains. The F-35 will be a fighter of the "first days of conflict", which means that in the event of a threat, its solution will be to break the enemy's air defense. Poland is currently available to the elite user of the F-35, alongside the United States, Finland, the Australian platform, which will use radar missiles.

We are proud that by designing support infrastructure for the F-35, we contribute to the development of the most modern technologies of the Polish Air Force!

The upcoming holidays encourage us to reflect and share our impressions from the participation of AMW Invest at the Dubai Fair.

Designing infrastructure for foreign-made military equipment for the needs of the Polish Armed Forces gave us the opportunity to work in an international environment and unique experience. We are the designer of one of the most demanding challenges in the military world - a complete infrastructure for receiving 5th generation F-35 fighters and many other facilities for a wide range of equipment types.

Participating in the fair, which brought together investors, manufacturers of construction equipment and materials, industry leaders, innovators and experts from various construction sectors, is a special event for us and an opening to new opportunities.

Why did we appear in Dubai? Its location at the crossroads of Europe, Asia and Africa opens the way for entrepreneurs to new markets. Participation in the fair is a great opportunity to present your own potential, but also a place where you can observe the latest global trends in the construction industry. AMW Invest wants to actively participate in the international design environment. The fair also encouraged us to explore the possibilities of using our experience on international markets. We believe that the unique competences gained through the implementation of our projects in Poland, including for the needs of foreign military equipment, can be effectively adapted in various global contexts. We are pleased to participate in meetings during the Fair and in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. It gave us the opportunity to broaden our horizons, establish new contacts and learn about trends. All this will allow us to better adapt our projects to the changing (and emerging) needs of the market. Thanks to our experience in designing and implementing advanced infrastructure solutions in complex projects for military Investors, we have a strong basis for analyzing the possibilities of using our know-how in projects for other countries and new investors.
