On Tuesday, October 24, employees from AMW and AMW Invest took part in the Talent Days Job Fair held at the National Stadium in Warsaw under the slogan:
“Hit the target with our offer and start your career at AMW or AMW Invest!”
The booth’s unique setup, iconic military gadgets, and a model of the Sports Center drew significant interest from attendees, attracting many young people from Poland and abroad. They appreciated the opportunity for direct conversations, asking about current job openings, and inquiring about employment or internship conditions. AMW and AMW Invest’s presence at the Job Fair provided us with a chance to gain better insights into the young workforce and remain top of mind with potential recruits.
AMW Invest is a military construction design office that has developed numerous specialized military building projects in recent years, including unique ones such as the infrastructure for a base for fifth-generation F-35 aircraft and modern ammunition depots.

From September 5-8, 2023, our company made its debut as an exhibitor at the 31st International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce.
The company had the opportunity to showcase its extensive range of comprehensive construction investment services. AMW Invest supports investors from the pre-design phase through to the implementation stage, including author and investor supervision. Visualizations of sample projects, divided into categories such as historic buildings, residential buildings, public utility buildings, and urban concepts, adorned the AMW Invest booth wall.
You can view some of these sample projects in the "Projects" section. The company also presented a model of a dispersal area for F-35 aircraft at an airfield. It’s worth noting that F-35 infrastructure is one of the most challenging and complex military infrastructure projects to design globally, and AMW Invest not only has the knowledge and expertise but also the experience in designing such infrastructure.
During the fair, company representatives established valuable business and media contacts.
This year’s MSPO was a record-breaking event, and the numbers speak for themselves:
711 exhibitors from 35 countries;
24,785 visitors;
61 foreign delegations from 43 countries.
This was an incredibly important event for the company, and we wanted to share it with the team that helped build AMW Invest’s success. Employees had the opportunity to tour the fair, and many eagerly took advantage of it.
The company has been supporting "Hero’s Package" for years and once again contributed funds to support this noble cause. Additionally, on Saturday, April 1, 2023, the Director of the AMW Invest Management Office, along with other volunteers, prepared and delivered packages to veterans ahead of Easter. Meeting with these veterans was a touching experience, especially as they expressed heartfelt gratitude and made sincere efforts to welcome the volunteers warmly.
Supporting NGOs focused on preserving patriotic traditions—particularly military-related—and caring for veterans and combatants aligns closely with AMW Invest’s values. AMW Invest not only Designs for the Republic of Poland but also remembers those who made it possible for us to live in a free Poland!
